Central Oregon Rendezvous - Remaining Lodging Deposit

The IWFF Central Oregon Rendezvous is rapidly approaching. If you're receiving this email, you have a remaining lodging deposit due. Everyone paid an initial lodging deposit of $350, and the amount you owe now is based on the type of room you reserved. 

If you reserved a master suite, you now owe a remaining $475. (Paula C. and Christie G.)

If you reserved a shared master suite, you each now owe a remaining $62.50. (Rebecca B and Joan P.)

If you reserved a single room, you now owe a remaining $350. (everyone else receiving this email)

Please click on the Register button to "register for your final lodging payment" . Then select the button for the appropriate amount and pay online via credit card or paypal. If you have any questions about your remaining payment, please contact Susan Utterback at susanu@wans.net.  

The final payments are due by June 30th

More event details below.  And as a reminder, if you plan on using a guide from The Fly Fishers Place, you should contact MaryAnn Dozer at flyfishingpursuits@gmail.com as soon as possible.

·         When: September 18-23 (5 nights)

·         Where: Black Butte Ranch Blackbutteranch.com) near Sisters, Oregon

·         Lodging Cost: We have reserved four homes near each other at Black Butte Ranch.  Regular rooms with one or two beds are priced at $140/night. Suites (attached baths) are limited and available for $165/night.

·         Guided Fishing Costs: Floats on the Deschutes and McKenzie River (and guiding on other rivers/lakes) is available at 10% off the posted rate from “The Fly Fishers Place” http://flyfishersplace.com.)

 ·         Directions:  If flying, you can fly to Redmond, Oregon and drive approximately 40 minutes to Sisters, or fly to Portland which is 3 ½ hrs. away.  If driving, it’s an 8-hour drive from the Bay area, 7 hours from Spokane and 6 hours from Seattle.
